| Trip report | Headed straight out to the 30s, however the forecasted southerly soon hit making condition very windy and rough. This unfortunately cut our trip short for the day but managed to catch 1 flathead, 8 leatherjackets, 3 morwong, 8 sweep, 6 sgt bakers, 1 rockcod and 4 maori wrasse. Rough seas on 22 September 2007
Trip on 22 September had to be called off 2 hours early due to rough fishing conditions as shown below.
Bad weather affected fishing results (well, that's one of fishermen's excuses), as evidently portrayed by the size of fish caught by Romeo and Vince.

| Trip report | We tried out wide in the 60 fathoms. Drift and current too fast, came in close for 13 morwies, 5 snappers, 4 piggies, 3 leatherjackets, 3 flatheads, and some big sgt bakers. Biggest fish caught by H Tepesh 1.18 kg morwie. Anthony (junior) came in second with a 0.95 kg morwie. |
